The goal was simple: make the app easy to use, fast to set up, and clear for people who are new to eSIMs. We started on creating a fresh and flexible brandbook that the team can reuse across socials, marketing, and future product updates. Then focused on designing a smooth onboarding, a clean and trustworthy UI, and messaging that explains the value in seconds.
